What is your favorite lift/movement?
My favorite movement is a muscle-up. It took a while to get there, but it felt awesome when I finally got it.
Have you achieved any of your goals that you started with?
Yes, but now new goals have taken their place
What advice would you give to a newbie joining CFV?
Come back after your first day, it's worth it.
What results have you seen so far since coming to CFV?
I'm stronger, I have more endurance, I feel better, and I'm not as injury prone as I have been in the past.
What are your future training goals?
I'd like to achieve some competitive scores in some of the open workouts

Sam says something like this almost every day "every rep makes you stronger." It's true. Try to push yourself just a little further, and the results will show.
What were your thoughts after your first CFV workout?
Why would anyone do this to themselves more than once? And then I kept coming back. It's fun and addictive.
