What is your favorite lift/movement?
My favorite movement is the muscle up, only because I am finally able to do one.
What is your least favorite lift/movement?
My least favorite movement is running.
What were your thoughts after your first CFV workout?
I don't think I will ever forget my first workout. I didn't even make it through the warm-up, I also remember leaving CFV after that day and being instantly hooked and just wanting to come back and improve myself.
What results have you seen so far since coming to CFV?
Since joining CFV I have seen an overall improvement in my strength and fitness, I can do things I didn't think I could do and I can lift things I didn't know I could lift.
