Goal was to keep coming back and I guess I'm still with it so two thumbs up on that.

What results have you seen so far since coming to CFV?
I have become so much stronger in the last year and a half - which really helps with my active life.
What were your thoughts after your first CFV workout?
I loved my first community class, never looked back since, even at 5:30am.
