We are in no way perfect or more spiritual, or better than anyone. We believe that our spirituality comes first, but we don't do everything right. We are only humans with many flaws and bad habits, which we strive to improve often. We do not judge individuals. We do believe on the fitness realm, of the scripture verse:
"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service." Romans 12:1 KJV
Our family comes second. We are trying to raise a family that will be a benefit to the society, and part of the solution. We believe it takes a tribe, and we are looking to add to our fitness family, to be a part of a community of strong willing individuals that have similar goals as we do for our kids future in fitness.
We will always believe that the USA is the greatest country in the world. We also believe that it has become this way through blood, sweat, and tears, poured out on the battle field. Without our volunteer military personnel, we would be in combat with those that disagree with our beliefs constantly at home. Our goal is to help all those that wish to be at a high level of readiness with their fitness, in case there ever is a problem in this great nation. We want all to be ready to help, survive, and or fight if necessary. Our program assist in us being prepared for the unknowable and unforeseeable.
Colorado has been ranked the fittest state for a long time. Unbeknownst to some, other states would love nothing more than to take that title away. We are still losing the battle of childhood obesity, and natural death caused by illnesses and diseases that stem from lack of fitness, and poor nutrition. We implement fitness programs that have been proven to assist in helping kids and adults gain better fitness, and nutrition skills, that will allow this amazing state of Colorado to continue to be at the top of the fitness movement.
The Vail valley has shown to be a challenging place in many arenas. The competitive nature is staggering when one thinks of all the activities and the amount of individuals that strive to make those activities less of a challenge through the consistent daily practice of their sport. We agree that repetition is the mother of skill. We also feel that anyone that wants to be better at their specific sport, our idea of cross training, will benefit everyone; from the golfer, kayaker, hunter to the cyclist, runner, hockey player to the skier/snowboarder, snowmobiler. This program has been proven to make men and women stronger than they have ever been in their life. And as a world champion competitive coach, we know how important the consistency of weightliftig during, pre, and post activities is for each sport. Our goal is to help you take off those 5 seconds on that bike hill climb. Or get down the hill easier on snow. Or get up the hill faster than your friends with snowshoes or skinning up. Our mindset isn't to hurt you or make you so sore you can't perform. We will assess your specific goals and inform you of how the program will be of most benefit to you and what you would like to accomplish.
