What is your favorite lift/movement?
My favorite movement is the Snatch.
What is your least favorite lift/movement?
My least favorite movement is Hand Stand Push Ups.
Have you achieved any of your goals that you started with?
I have seen a huge improvement since come to CFV. Besides my tremendous performance and strength increases with time, the emotional and mental wellness benefits are priceless. Sam, since day 1, embraced what I thought all my life I could never do. He helps me with my many struggles.Melissa always encourages me in the most positive way and makes me feel like a pro when I get to work out with her.
What are your hobbies/interests?
I love mountain biking, snowboarding and trail running.
What advice would you give to a newbie joining CFV?
My main advise to a newbie at our gym is that all of us go through the same beginning. You will get stronger and better every day.
What are your future training goals?
My future training goals are to master my weaknesses!
Each of us CFV works hard in pursuit of a higher fitness level.
Some train to compete, some are trying to lose weight and gain muscle and some are here just to be active and enjoy the company of others.
