A few things about Ben...
What is your favorite lift/movement?
Back squats would be my favorite lift, and my favorite movement is working with the ladders.
What is your least favorite lift/movement?
Toes to rings/bars. I need to work on my core strength!
Have you achieved any of your goals that you started with?
Absolutely! While I may not have established "goals", I love the fact that I'm getting stronger for the activities I enjoy doing outside of the gym, e.g. biking, skiing, etc.
What are your hobbies/interests?
My numer one passion is skiing, both resort and backcountry. I also really enjoy trail running, mountain biking, and fishing.
What advice would you give to a newbie joining CFV?
My advice for a newbie would be to understand the first few days will create soreness. If you can get past that, you are in for a great time - both from a standpoint of succeeding in the gym, but also by adding a great group of friends. It's something I look forward to every day!
