A little bit about Sarah...

What is your favorite lift/movement?
I really enjoy bench press. I feel very accomplished when I PR. 

What is your least favorite lift/movement?
Burpeeeees

Tell us one or two things we might not know about you.
I won a dance competition a few years ago in front of about 100 people. That was a proud moment.

What advice would you give to a newbie joining CFV?
Do not be intimidated by the sport. It can be modified to any level. The friends I have made is my favorite part!

What results have you seen so far since coming to CFV?
I was a former college athlete and was never this lean before. I am stronger in any and all lifts than I ever have been before as well. 

What were your thoughts after your first CFV workout?
Oh man! That was two and half years ago. I probably loved it, because I loved being pushed and competition.

    ​Each of us CFV works hard in pursuit of a higher fitness level.

    Some train to compete, some are trying to lose weight and gain muscle and some are here just to be active and enjoy the company of others.

    ​Whatever the reason, we have all chosen to involve CFV as part of our daily lives. We are grateful to know you and accompany on your current journey.
