Here are 10 dinner ideas that are 'Cleanse Friendly'. All recipes can be 'modified' for your pantry or preferences. Just ask me - I love food and cooking and will always be happy to explain, teach, and help out! ALSO, Please comment below about what you like and don't like or anything that you have found!

#1:
Taco Salad


#2: Pan-Seared Steak with Roasted Butternut Squash* and Green Beans
*Squash Prep Notes: peal outside skin off; halve and spoon out seeds; cut into bite-sized chunks

#3: Spice-Rubbed Chicken and Sweet Potato Jumble with Tomatoes and Feta
* Southwest Spice Rub available at CFV :)

#4: Fish & Bacon Basil Zucchini Pasta

#5: Homestyle Meatloaf with Roasted Root Vegetables
* OMIT the Thyme Grave - It is not ‘cleanse friendly’ and not necessary for this to be tasty :)

#6: Perfect Paleo Burger

#7: Chicken Fajitas
* If you don’t want to make your own taco seasoning, you can use a store bought one. Just try to avoid MSG.

#8: Coconut Curry Chicken with Cauliflower Rice
* This is a little complicated… If you want a simpler recipe/other option, try: Chicken Curry with Apple.

#9: Slow Cooker Carnitas - Serve over a bed of Romaine or lettuce of choice and top with tomatoes or pico de gallo and avocados or guacamole.
